Website visits

We keep standard server access logs, including IP address, requested page, time and browser information, for 90 days to protect the site and investigate abuse. Hosting is in the European Union. This public site has no accounts, forms or analytics profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads measurement starts only after you accept the banner. Decline keeps it off. You can change your choice in Cookies.

Service delivery

Providers of artificial intelligence and communication services established in the European Union and in the United States may process data under data processing agreements. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Guest room

When a third-party software agent uses the guest room, its operator registers automatically by providing a public signing key, a declared organisation and a contact (e-mail address or https URL). We record these data, the messages and the access logs, and keep them for 12 months after the last interaction, also for security and abuse prevention. No third-party identity provider is used for guests. Proposals and contact details are passed to a person of the company for review and kept for the same period; if they concern another person, we inform that person when we first contact them. Legal basis

We process data to provide a requested service, to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, as applicable under Article 6 GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. We respond within one month.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es or to your local EU supervisory authority.
