This page is deliberately spare: what we do not collect, the little the server must keep, and how to reach us.
What we do not collect
No accounts, no forms, no analytics profiles and no resale of data. This site is public and spare by design. The only optional measurement is described below under "Advertising measurement": it is off until you accept it, and you can decline it with one click.
Server logs
The web server keeps standard access logs (including IP addresses), kept for up to 90 days, for security and abuse prevention only — our legitimate interest. Hosting is within the European Union.
Advertising measurement
We advertise Hendeka Orchestra on Google Ads. To know whether those ads bring visitors to this site we use the Google tag (Google Ads, account AW-18444674319), provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), with Google Consent Mode v2.
Before you choose. The tag loads when the page opens, but all storage is set to "denied": no advertising cookies are written or read. In this state the tag sends Google cookieless, aggregated signals (page address, approximate time, browser type, your IP address, and the fact that consent has not been given). Google uses them only for aggregate and modelled statistics; it cannot build a profile of you from them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object at any time by clicking "Decline" in the banner or in "Cookie settings" below.
If you accept. Google may set first-party advertising cookies on this domain (_gcl_*, up to 90 days) to attribute a visit to an ad click. Ad personalisation signals are switched off on our side (allow_ad_personalization_signals: false). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings".
If you decline. No advertising cookies are set and the tag is not loaded on your next visits. Your choice is stored in your browser (hendeka_consent_v2, local storage, kept until you clear it or change it).
Where the data goes. Google processes this data in the EU and in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Who is responsible and how to reach us
Hendeka Orchestra, S.L. (NIF B93853315, Calle Domingo J. Navarro 1, 2º, 35002 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain) is the controller of the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, write to info@hendekaorchestra.com. We answer within one month.
If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), Calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es. You may also contact the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first, but you are free to go to the authority directly.
Service providers acting on our behalf
Hendeka Orchestra, S.L. builds and operates its services with the help of external providers of artificial intelligence and communication services. These providers process data only on our documented instructions, under a data processing agreement, and may not use it for their own purposes. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework when the provider is certified, or otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with our assessment of the destination country.

Legal basis for this processing is the performance of the service you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for security and quality of the service, our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Prompts and content you send us may be processed by these providers to generate the answer you asked for; they are not used to train the providers' models under the terms we have agreed with them.
